Role: Head Chef

Location: Bristol

Salary: up to £50k - £55k

We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to lead a large food and beverage kitchen operation.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills and strong experience in a multi site operation.

The role:

Manage all aspects of a large multi faceted kitchen operation.
Lead and communicate to a large team, demonstrating team work, growth and development.
Drive the delivery of high standards within the operation from food presentation, to food quality, cleanliness and food safety.
Be knowledgeable across financials and driving a business forward commercially.

The Candidate:

We are seeking a great leader and communicator with strong experience of leading large kitchen operations.

Hotel or Multi operational F&B experience required.

Passion for everything food and delivering an exceptional experience to customers.

Excellent organisational skills.
